Job Description

Your mission is to shape and strengthen Rumah Raya's brand identity through impactful storytelling and cohesive visual communication. You'll ensure every piece of content reflects our tone, values, and aesthetic. This role bridges creativity and strategy, turning ideas into stories that resonate with moms across Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice, message, and visual identity across all channels.
  2. Lead storytelling direction for campaigns, product launches, and monthly content plans.
  3. Collaborate with videographers, designers, and content creators to produce engaging narratives and visuals that align with the brand.
  4. Monitor content performance, derive insights, and continuously improve creative strategy.

Qualifications

  1. Has 5+ years of experience in brand, content AND creative strategy, preferably in mom-targeted brands / lifestyle brands.
  2. Possesses strong storytelling ability.
  3. Has a sharp aesthetic sense and understanding of visual branding.
  4. Is comfortable managing creative teams and guiding external vendors/agencies.
  5. Understands audience psychology, especially the mindset of modern Indonesian moms.
