Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

  1. Melakukan pembelian kebutuhan pengadaan seluruh kegiatan meliputi bahan baku, bahan kemas, serta barang penunjang lainnya yang dibutuhkan.

  2. Follow up dan update terhadap seluruh kebutuhan pengadaan yang telah dilakukan proses pembelian.

  3. Pengawasan dan evaluasi ketepatan waktu dan efektivitas kedatangan seluruh kebutuhan pengadaan yang telah dilakukan proses pembelian.

  4. Melakukan pengkinian dan pengarsipan data/dokumen terhadap dokumen legalitas supplier, pricelist dan dokumen lain yang berhubungan dengan supplier terkait

  5. Berkontribusi dan berkolaborasi dengan tim terkait dalam proses campaign produk yang akan dipasarkan.

  6. Melakukan proses registrasi, evaluasi kinerja supplier per tahun yang berdasarkan kualitas barang yang dikirimkan, ketepatan waktu dan layanan pengiriman

  7. Melakukan handling complain dan menyiapkan strategi mitigasi risiko jika terjadi issue terkait kekosongan atau discontinue item order.

Kualifikasi:

  1. Pendidikan minimal S1

  2. Memiliki minimal 2 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang retail atau yang relevant dalam hal pembelian.

  3. Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik dan keterampilan dalam pembelian.

  4. Menguasai Komputer Ms Office

  5. Komunikasi baik, cepat beradaptasi, multitasking, kreatif, rapi dan lincah.

  6. Dapat bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.
