About The Role
This role is playing the important role in the organization by managing the Demand Planning and Supply Planning part which are one of the core processes for the company operation model.

Your responsibilities

• Implement optimal & sustainable supply service operations for Indonesia business through partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the company IBP (S&OP) process with effective partnering with commercial functions.
• For Demand Planning, manage the short-term and long-term demand forecasting for the company via monthly IBP cycle with the relevant cross-functions.
• For Demand Planning, support the budget process in line with the company calendar by sharing the future forecasting.
• For Demand Planning, manage the forecast accuracy and the continuous improvement to deliver the company target.
• For Supply Planning, manage the product replenishment by discussing with commercial organization, factories and connected planning team.
• For Supply Planning, have the responsibility on the inventroy management, SLOB management, service levels to customers and material liability management at the manufacturing sites.
• Establish, deploy, collect, monitor, record and improve all KPIs under Demand Planning and Supply Planning.
• Have the responsibility for maintaining/implementing the Global Demand Planning and Supply Planning system as required and as planned.
• Liaise with multifunctional teams to deliver commercial & operational targets for the organization as a business partner.
• Manage the Demand Planning and Supply Planning Team by providing the constructive feedback to the team to build the capable and efficient organization.
• Manage the local embellishment planning with logistics team and other relevant functions.
• Lead the SKU rationalization program to improve the focus.
• Support other functions to deliver the Business goals and Supply goals/KPIs.
