Your Responsibilities
  • Drive consultative sales and confidently manage relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Consistently achieve—and surpass—monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships that contribute to long-term business expansion.
  • Design and implement business strategies to strengthen market presence.
  • Guide international clients through the process of entering and succeeding in the Indonesian market.
  • Create persuasive business proposals and project submissions.
  • Oversee client engagements end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Stay informed on government regulations and updates relevant to client operations.

Who You Are
  • Goal-driven, proactive, and motivated by financial rewards—you aim high and deliver results.
  • Experience in consulting or B2B sales, preferably within a global or multinational environment.
  • Excellent communicator with strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English—comfortable communicating with executives both in writing and in person.
  • Academic background is welcomed, but your performance, mindset, and drive matter most.
