Job Description:

  • Lead and manage the finance team in day-to-day accounting, reporting, and compliance activities
  • Oversee financial statements preparation, general ledger maintenance, and monthly/yearly closing processes
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including monthly and annual tax filings
  • Manage financial audits and coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
  • Monitor group-level financial control, reconciliation, and consolidated reporting
  • Maintain and enhance internal control procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
  • Utilize and optimize cloud-based accounting systems (Xero, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or equivalent)
  • Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and insights to support strategic business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Legal, Operations) to ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian corporate law and PMA structure
  • Coach, mentor, and develop finance staff to strengthen overall team capability

Qualification:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in finance, with at least 1 years in a mid-level role
  • Preference Ex–Big four background or multinational company finance experience (audit or corporate finance
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax compliance (monthly and annual reporting)
  • Skilled in cloud-based accounting systems (Xero, SAP, Oracle, Quickbooks or equivalent)
  • Experience in financial control, reconciliation, and reporting at the group level
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa (spoken & written)
  • Leadership experience in supervising finance staff and managing external auditors/tax consultants
  • Preference with a strong compliance mindset with an understanding of Indonesian corporate law & PMA structure
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (HR, Legal, Operations)
