Job Responsibilities

  • Review and ensure the accuracy of company and client tax calculations, filings, and reports in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Provide tax consulting and advisory services to clients, including handling audits, tax planning, and clarification requests.
  • Prepare and reconcile fiscal and financial reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Consolidate and review all tax filings from subsidiaries and clients to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Manage communication with tax authorities regarding notices, audits, and regulatory clarifications.
  • Monitor updates and changes in tax regulations and ensure compliance for both company and clients.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of tax optimization strategies.
  • Maintain organized and confidential tax records and documentation.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks related to taxation, financial reporting, or client consultation as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in taxation, preferably in a tax consulting firm or public accounting firm
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, PPh 21/22/23/25, etc.)
  • Proven experience in handling corporate and individual tax reporting, audits, and reconciliations
  • Familiarity with e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-Filing, PIB, and related tax systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially in dealing with clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/tax software
  • Brevet A & B certification is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet strict deadlines
