Job Description:

  • Manage berth availability and allocation control, ensuring optimal utilization and compliance with marina operational standards.
  • Handle booking confirmations, amendments, and cancellations for berth reservations and related marina services.
  • Manage seasonal allocations and VIP berth blocking, coordinating closely with marina operations and management.
  • Control price lists and promotional setups for berth rentals and marina services in alignment with management strategy.
  • Review and verify proforma invoices and ensure accuracy of final invoices before issuance.
  • Monitor accounts receivable (AR) and follow up on overdue payments in coordination with the finance team.
  • Maintain and control the contract master list, including dual-signature authorization and contract validity tracking.
  • Ensure audit readiness and tax alignment, working closely with finance and external auditors.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports related to reservations, revenue, occupancy, and operational performance.
  • Act as a key liaison between Marina Operations, Finance, Sales, and Management to ensure smooth end-to-end reservation processes.

Qualification:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in reservations or operations within marina, yacht club, marine hospitality, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of berth management, marina pricing structures, contracts, and invoicing processes.
  • Experience with reservation systems, PMS, or marina management software is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and lead a team effectively.
  • Willing to be placed in Bali.
