Posisi: Staff HR (Administrasi Support)

Penempatan: Tangerang – Banten

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

  • Mengelola data administrasi karyawan (data pribadi, kontrak kerja, mutasi, promosi, RnP, dan terminasi).

  • Membuat serta mengarsipkan dokumen kepegawaian seperti surat keputusan, surat peringatan, dan surat keterangan kerja.

  • Mengelola administrasi BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan (pendaftaran, mutasi, klaim, pelaporan).

  • Menyusun laporan ketenagakerjaan ke instansi pemerintah (Disnaker, BPJS, Pajak).

  • Mendukung kegiatan HR lainnya seperti rekrutmen, onboarding, training, dan penilaian kinerja bila dibutuhkan.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK, diutamakan D4/S1 Manajemen, Psikologi, atau Akuntansi.

  • Terbuka untuk fresh graduate, diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di bidang HR atau administrasi.

  • Menguasai Microsoft Office & Spreadsheet, serta memiliki ketelitian dan integritas tinggi.

  • Memahami dasar peraturan ketenagakerjaan dan administrasi BPJS menjadi nilai tambah.
