Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Badung Regency for a Distribution Sales Manager. The responsibilities include developing and implementing business plans, managing client accounts, establishing and maintaining relationships with channel partners, and driving sales through distribution networks. The candidate will play a key role in achieving sales targets, strategizing market entries, and exploring growth opportunities to drive company success.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Planning and the ability to create effective strategies for sales and market expansion.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG distribution, including at least 3 years in a managerial role with a proven track record of leading sales teams.
  • Proven experience in Account Management and maintaining strong client and partner relationships.
  • Proficiency in Sales, Channel Partners management, and expertise in driving revenue through partnerships and distribution networks.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with stakeholders and close deals effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian market and international sales experience are advantageous.
