Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Badung for a Sales Manager at CPM Bali. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales efforts, establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, and develop business strategies to achieve sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, meeting with potential clients, managing client accounts, and collaborating with the management team to align sales goals with the company's objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Excellent Leadership, Team Collaboration, and Organizational capabilities
- Knowledge of the property management or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales technology
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
