We're Hiring Junior Regional Tax to support accurate and timely tax compliance across our multiple F&B outlets across Indonesia by regions. This role ensures adherence to Indonesian tax regulations, internal controls, and reporting standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Tax and/ or Accounting with at least 1 year of regional Tax filing experience in Food & Beverage sector
  • Understand and stay up-to-date with

    l, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation
  • Perform
    accurate tax calculation
    s, reconciliations, and compliance reviews
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual
    tax filing
    s and documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper
    tax treatmen
    t of transactions
  • Contribute to process improvements for
    efficiency and accuracy

Job Role

  • Assist in preparing and submitting monthly and annual tax filings (e.g., PPh 21, PPh 23/26, PPh 4(2), PPh 25, VAT/PPN).
  • Maintain and validate tax documentation, tax invoices, and withholding records from outlets/suppliers
  • Perform e-Faktur and e-Bupot processing and ensure accuracy in DJP Online submission
  • Support tax data reconciliation between accounting records, POS systems, and supporting document
  • Assist in year-end tax reporting and corporate income tax calculation
  • Monitor tax regulation updates and assist with internal compliance implementatio
  • Coordinate with store operations, procurement, and finance teams regarding tax matter
  • Prepare supporting documents for internal/external audits, including tax authority inquirie
  • Maintain proper archiving and confidentiality of tax-related document
  • Support ad hoc tax projects within the region (expansion, new outlet setup, franchise fees, etc.
