  • Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem HSE di seluruh proyek properti (pembangunan gedung, site project, operasional building management).
  • Memastikan seluruh kontraktor dan vendor mematuhi standar K3 dan lingkungan sesuai regulasi pemerintah serta standar internal perusahaan.
  • Melakukan inspeksi rutin di area proyek (site), tower/gedung, dan fasilitas operasional.
  • Mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya di lokasi proyek dan mengawasi tindakan koreksi secara cepat.
  • Memimpin investigasi incident/accident, membuat laporan lengkap, dan memastikan tindak lanjut.
  • Menyusun dan mengelola dokumentasi HSE untuk tender proyek, audit eksternal, dan sertifikasi (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SMK3).
  • Memberikan pelatihan keselamatan bagi karyawan, kontraktor, dan pihak terkait.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan Site Manager, Project Manager, dan Engineering untuk memastikan keselamatan berjalan optimal.

Kualifikasi
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Lingkungan, Kesehatan & Keselamatan Kerja, Teknik Sipil/Industri, atau jurusan terkait.
  • Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang HSE, khususnya pada properti, konstruksi, atau building management.
  • Memiliki sertifikasi K3 Umum / Ahli K3 Konstruksi / ISO 45001 / ISO 14001.
  • Terbiasa menangani proyek pembangunan gedung, high-rise, area komersial, atau kawasan perumahan.
  • Paham regulasi K3 konstruksi, lingkungan, serta perizinan yang berkaitan dengan proyek gedung.

  • Mampu memimpin tim HSE, melakukan koordinasi dengan banyak stakeholder, dan bersikap tegas di lapangan.

  • Proaktif, detail-oriented, dan memiliki integritas tinggi.

  • Mampu membuat budaya safety menjadi bagian dari operasional proyek dan gedung.
  • Terbiasa menghadapi dinamika operasional proyek (deadline, risiko lapangan, dan koordinasi multi-vendor).
