Job Requirement
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience as HSE Officer in high-rise building construction projects.
  • Must hold valid certifications of Ahli K3 Umum (General OHS Expert) and K3 Konstruksi (Construction Safety Expert) from the Ministry of Manpower (Indonesia).
  • Strong understanding of K3 regulations, government standards (UU No.1/1970, Permenaker, SNI K3).
  • Experienced in supervising high-risk activities: lifting operations, working at height, scaffolding, and gondola usage.
  • Capable of preparing HIRADC, JSA, and managing Work Permit Systems.
  • Skilled in safety inspections, incident investigations, and reporting.
  • Good coordination and communication skills across all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.
  • Preferably experienced in ISO 45001 audit preparation and implementation.

Job Description
  • Ensure implementation of safety procedures and legal compliance at the project site.
  • Monitor and control high-risk activities (lifting, working at height, hot work).
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure readiness of safety equipment.
  • Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, daily reports, and incident records.
  • Provide safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and internal HSE training.
  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and safety committees (P2K3) to promote safety culture.
  • Support audit activities and implement corrective actions.
