Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities

* Conduct regular and thorough inspections of facilities, equipment, and work practices to identify potential HSE hazards and non-compliance issues.
* Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HSE management systems, policies, and procedures in accordance with national and international standards.
* Investigate all incidents, accidents, and near-misses, determining root causes and recommending corrective and preventive actions.
* Monitor and enforce compliance with all relevant HSE regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
* Prepare and submit detailed HSE inspection reports, incident reports, and other necessary documentation.
* Deliver HSE inductions, training sessions, and toolbox talks to employees and contractors to raise awareness and competence.
* Participate in risk assessments and job hazard analyses to identify and mitigate potential risks.
* Ensure the proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Collaborate with various departments to integrate HSE considerations into all operational planning and execution.
* Stay updated on new HSE legislation, standards, and best practices.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HSE Inspector or similar role, preferably within the agriculture, agro-industry, or manufacturing sector.
* Certified in Indonesian HSE regulations (e.g., AK3 Umum certification) is highly preferred.
* Strong knowledge of HSE management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO
* Demonstrated ability to conduct effective HSE inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate incidents and identify root causes.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Ability to travel to various operational sites as required.
