Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of warehouse or distribution management experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations (OSHA, DOT, etc.).
  • Forklift certification or experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) and ensure data accuracy across all inventory transactions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, accuracy, cost control, and on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to meet company goals and customer expectations.
  • Oversee inventory control procedures, cycle counts, and audits to minimize discrepancies and losses.
  • Ensure compliance with all OSHA, safety, and company regulations.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Manage warehouse budgets, including labor, maintenance, and equipment expenses.
