Job Summary

The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing social media strategy for all Le Pirate properties. This role requires strong leadership, content direction, analytics expertise, and the ability to manage multiple accounts representing hotels, restaurants, and cruise experiences.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategy for all Le Pirate properties.
  • Create high-quality content (photo, videos, reels, captions).
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, engagement, and community management.
  • Work with property teams to collect content.
  • Coordinate influencer & partnership collaborations.
  • Work closely with reservation and sales to support marketing campaigns, new promotions, and new property openings.
  • Track performance, analyze insights, and prepare monthly reports.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand identity and lifestyle concept.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in social media / digital marketing (preferably hospitality).
  • Proven track record managing multi-brand social media accounts.
  • Strong understanding of digital trends, analytics, and audience behavior.
  • Ability to create storyboards, content briefs, and creative direction guides.
  • Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing tools.
  • Strong communication in English both spoken and written.
  • Willing to travel to all properties under PT Pioneer Wisata Nusantara for content shoots.
  • Able to work independently
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work under deadlines.
