Job Description

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media Manager to manage and grow Reload Sanctuary's digital presence. This role is responsible for content planning, posting, community engagement, and performance tracking across all social media platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media content strategy aligned with the Reload Sanctuary brand
  • Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories)
  • Manage daily posting, captions, hashtags, and scheduling
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions
  • Collaborate with trainers, chefs, and operations teams to capture authentic content
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt content accordingly
  • Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports (engagement, growth, reach)
  • Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual style
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and wellness/fitness content trends
  • Basic photo and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Good communication and time-management skills
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and healthy lifestyle
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Based in Bali (preferred)
