We're looking for a highly creative and trend-driven Social Media Manager to join TDR LAB. You'll be responsible for shaping the online presence of multiple clients, developing engaging concepts, and executing content strategies that match each brand's unique identity. This role requires someone who understands social media deeply, moves fast with trends, and can turn ideas into compelling content.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) for multiple clients
  • Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand identity and current trends
  • Direct and collaborate with videographers, photographers, and editors to produce high-quality content
  • Stay updated with social media trends and apply them to relevant content strategies
  • Write captions, scripts, and content concepts with fluent English—both written and spoken
  • Create content calendars and manage posting schedules
  • Monitor performance of social media campaigns and prepare regular analytical reports
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Work closely with clients to understand goals and translate them into effective social strategies

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and digital content trends
  • Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize visually appealing content
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to lead small content teams on shoots or brainstorming sessions
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to read metrics and improve performance
  • Comfortable working with different brands and adapting tone/visuals to each
  • Passion for storytelling and social media culture

Salary: IDR 3,000,000
