Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jakarta for a Chef De Partie specializing in Bakery, Pastry, and Cakes. The Chef De Partie will oversee the preparation of a variety of baked goods, pastries, and cakes with a focus on quality and presentation. Daily tasks will include planning, organizing, and supervising kitchen operations in adherence to company standards and hygiene protocols. The Chef De Partie will collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and ensure the consistent excellence of bakery and pastry production.

Qualifications

  • Skilled in bakery, pastry, and cake preparation, with a strong understanding of techniques and recipes
  • Experience in food preparation, kitchen operations, and menu development
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards
  • Strong organizational, time management, and team leadership skills
  • Creativity and innovation with a passion for culinary arts
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications in culinary arts or specialized pastry and bakery training are advantageous
  • Prior experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in the food and hospitality industry is a plus
