The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Area Manager to join our team at PT. Impian Property Management in Badung, Bali. In this key role, you will be responsible for supporting the overall management and operations of our resorts and hospitality properties within the Uluwatu area. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing hospitality organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist the Area Manager in overseeing the daily operations and performance of multiple villas within the Uluwatu area
  2. Monitor staff productivity, efficiency and customer service levels across all properties
  3. Coordinate and supervise maintenance, housekeeping and guest services teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and guest experiences are exceptional
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies, policies and procedures to drive continuous improvement
  5. Liaise with local authorities, suppliers and partners to ensure smooth and compliant operations
  6. Support the training and development of the area's hospitality teams.

What We're Looking For

  1. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar Assistant Manager role within the hospitality industry
  2. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  3. Strong operational and people management skills with a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  5. Proficient in budget management, data analysis and reporting
  6. Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to driving continuous improvement
  7. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
