  • Pengalaman min 2 tahun di posisi yang sama
  • Memiliki kemampuan berpikir analitis yang baik
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan keterampilan interpersonal
  • Memiliki kemampuan presentasi yang baik
  • Memiliki keterampilan baik dalam negosiasi dan kerja sama tim
  • Mampu mengoperasikan komputer (word, mahir menggunakan Ms Excel dan Power point)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • Mengembangkan strategi Key Account untuk mencapai target AOP
  • Memastikan keberhasilan penerapan strategi Key Account dan mengukur kinerja akun secara berkala
  • Merancang & mengukur program promosi khusus Key Account berdasarkan merek dengan dukungan dari pemasaran & trade marketing
  • Membuat dan memantau proses budgeting untuk menyetujui target penjualan Key Account dalam nilai & volume
