Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Sponsorship Staff to join our team. The Sponsorship Staff will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with sponsors and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships. This position involves strategic efforts to attract and retain sponsors for various company events and activities. This position will be placed at SCBD Park

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong networks with various brands and sponsor companies.
  • Develop strategies to approach potential sponsors and explore collaboration opportunities.
  • Manage sponsor contract negotiations and ensure successful implementation.
  • Maintain good relationships with current sponsors and create opportunities for ongoing partnerships.
  • Identify new sponsorship opportunities that align with company values and goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in sponsorship or marketing.
  • Extensive network and strong relationships with various brands and companies.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong strategy in identifying, attracting, and retaining sponsors.

  • Good understanding of the value and benefits of sponsorship in a company's marketing context.

  • Expertise in market analysis and a deep understanding of sponsorship trends.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a well-coordinated team.
  • Flexibility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
