Job Description – Esports Project Manager

  • Develop and execute
    Esports business strategies
    focused on
    revenue growth
    , particularly through
    game vouchers, partnerships, and ecosystem monetization
    .
  • Build, manage, and expand
    Esports business channels
    , including game publishers, game voucher distributors, platforms, brands, sponsors, communities, and professional teams.
  • Create and own
    Esports business plans
    covering revenue targets, cost structures, margins, monetization models, and growth roadmaps.
  • Initiate and manage
    strategic partnerships
    with game publishers, payment partners, brands, sponsors, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate
    online and offline Esports tournaments/leagues
    as part of business, marketing, and community strategies.
  • Manage
    Esports team rosters
    (players, coaches, analysts), including contracts, performance, and contribution to branding and revenue.
  • Oversee
    budgeting, sponsorship reports, business performance reports, and ROI analysis
    for all Esports initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with
    Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations teams
    to drive campaigns, activations, and community growth.
  • Act as the
    primary point of contact and decision maker
    for all Esports-related stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Management, Marketing, or Communication is a plus).
  • 3–5+ years of experience
    in
    Esports, Gaming Industry, Game Vouchers, Digital Products, or Entertainment Business
    .
  • Strong understanding of the
    Esports & Gaming ecosystem
    , including publishers, developers, game voucher distribution, payment channels, communities, professional teams, sponsors, and streaming platforms.
  • Proven experience in
    driving revenue growth
    , managing monetization, partnerships, or commercial performance.
  • Strong
    industry network
    within Esports and Gaming.
  • Experience in
    business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
    .
  • Excellent
    communication, presentation, and business negotiation skills
    in
    English and Bahasa Indonesia
    .
  • Strong leadership skills with a
    target-driven and revenue-oriented mindset
    .
  • Proactive, strategic, data-driven, and highly passionate about
    gaming and Esports
    .
