Role Description

This is a contract-based, on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia for a Sponsor Activation Specialist. In this role, the individual will manage sponsor relationships, coordinate activation strategies, and ensure seamless execution of agreed sponsorship deliverables. Daily tasks will involve collaborating with the events team to optimize sponsor visibility, and ensuring all sponsor-related commitments are fulfilled at events. The role requires a strong ability to build partnerships and deliver exceptional results to Games of Society's sponsors.

Job Descriptions

  • Lead activation planning and execution.
  • Manage officers for on-site operations.
  • Coordinate with EO, production, and school visit teams.
  • Innovate new sponsor exposure opportunities.
  • Ensure post-event reporting and sponsor feedback.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in brand activation
  • Sponsorship activation expertise, with skills in brand promotion and audience engagement
  • Strong relationship-building skills to work effectively with sponsors and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work on-site in Jakarta and travel as required for events
  • Prior experience in sports marketing or event management is a plus
  • Willing to work on-site (WFO) in Blok M, South Jakarta
  • Preferably able to join as soon as possible
