We are seeking an experienced and talented Legal Assistant Manager to join our company group. This is a full-time role based in our office in South Jakarta, Jakarta. As our Legal Assistant Manager, you will play a strategic role in supporting the legal department and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's legal affairs.
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the legal team
- Assisting with the preparation and review of legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support the department's work
- Organizing and maintaining the company's legal records and documentation
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel as needed
- Supporting the team in managing legal deadlines and compliance requirements
- Contributing to the development and improvement of legal processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar legal assistant or paralegal role, preferably within the energy or plantation industry
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, documents, and procedures
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in using legal research and document management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
