(Responsibilities)

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for custom software applications
  • Conduct functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing to identify and report bugs, defects, and issues
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and provide feedback on application design and usability
  • Document test results, defects, and test procedures to ensure clear communication and tracking of issues
  • Support the design and development of training materials for end-users and stakeholders
  • Participate in training sessions to assist in delivering training content and providing user support
  • Learn to customize training materials to suit the needs and skill levels of different user groups
  • Help users understand the features and functionalities of the applications

Qualification
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies
  • Familiarity with test case creation, execution, and defect tracking
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and end-users
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
  • Enthusiasm about learning new technologies and software applications
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and willingness to seek guidance from senior team members
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages and SQL is advantageous but not mandatory
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to handling various tasks and responsibilities
