About the Role
The Remote Paid Ads Specialist role is to plan, execute, and optimize data-driven digital marketing campaigns across paid channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms. The specialist will drive measurable growth by continuously improving ROAS, CTR, CPA, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, while also leveraging SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility, improve search rankings, optimize on-page and technical SEO, conduct keyword research, and develop content that drives sustained organic traffic.
The ideal candidate excels in managing digital campaigns and analytics while building and enhancing brand visibility and driving engagement and conversions—all in a fully remote, 100% work-from-home setup that provides flexibility and autonomy to deliver outstanding digital marketing results from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advertising Strategy & Execution: Conceptualize and execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), creating targeted awareness, consideration, and remarketing campaigns aligned with brand messaging and the customer journey.
- Budget Management & Optimisation: Manage digital ad budgets and allocate spend across Google Ads and Meta campaigns to maximize efficiency, while tracking key performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS to optimize and refine digital marketing performance for consistent results.
- Performance Analytics & Reporting: Create and maintain performance reports and dashboards to monitor digital marketing campaign performance. Measure, analyze, and report results across channels, evaluating ROI, KPIs, and marketing analytics insights to drive data-backed optimization and decision-making.
- SEO & Organic Growth Collaboration: Collaborate with the Content Specialist to develop and implement an integrated organic SEO strategy, ensuring all content is optimized for target keywords, internal linking, and technical SEO best practices, while monitoring organic traffic, search rankings, and search visibility to inform broader marketing strategy.
- Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay updated on emerging ad formats, algorithm changes, and automation tools, while experimenting new acquisition channels such as YouTube Shorts, TikTok Ads, and Performance Max campaigns to enhance overall digital marketing performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other related field
- With 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or other relevant role
- Proven experience running paid campaigns across Google & Meta
- Experience in performance marketing, including campaign budgeting and spend efficiency management is highly desirable
- Knowledgeable on SEO and familiar with SEO tools and analytics
