Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and ledgers
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash transactions
  • Support audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights for management decision-making
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial documents

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles (PSAK/IFRS is a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and integrity in handling financial information
  • Mandarin language proficiency is a significant advantage
    (written & spoken)
  • Prior experience in finance or accounting is preferred
