As an Accountant Specialist (Mandarin1 Speaker), you will be responsible for managing the company's financial reporting, bookkeeping, and internal controls, with a strong focus on compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and transfer pricing practices. The role includes the preparation of periodic financial reports, reconciliation of bank statements, implementation of SOPs, and audit support.

The ideal candidate will bring strong bilingual communication skills (Mandarin and English), hands-on experience in general ledger accounting, and solid proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel. Your work will contribute directly to improving financial transparency, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance in a fast-growing international logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create regular financial documents, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, LKPM reports, and monthly financial closings.
  • Match and verify the company's bank statements with internal bookkeeping records to ensure accuracy.
  • Set up and maintain the company's accounting and financial software for daily operations and reporting.
  • Compile financial reports using data on income and expenses to reflect the company's performance.
  • Interpret financial data to assess the company's overall financial health and identify trends or risks.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and assist in transfer pricing documentation and compliance.
  • Make sure all financial practices follow Indonesian accounting standards, tax laws, and other regulations.
  • Manage the company's internal finance system, review invoices, and process payment requests submitted through the platform.
  • Analyze and report on the company's financial position (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow), and assist in internal control evaluations.
  • Organize and file accounting vouchers and related documentation in a timely and orderly manner.
  • Help establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for finance-related tasks.
  • Assist the headquarters with financial matters and respond to inquiries from colleagues across departments.
