PT Sinamon Group Indonesia — the company behind Sinamon, Taco Kitchen, and Doughboys — is looking for an experienced Store General Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent customer experience across our outlets in Bali.

As a Store General Manager, you will be responsible for supervising 5–10 staff members, managing sales performance, maintaining product quality, and ensuring operational efficiency. You will also handle basic P&L reporting and help achieve store KPIs in line with company goals.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a hands-on approach to daily operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in fast-casual or fast-food operations.
  • Minimum experience as an Assistant Manager or higher.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Basic understanding of P&L and store profitability.
  • 1 weekend day required.
