  • Berorientasi pada pencapaian target, memiliki networking luas, serta mampu bekerja sama dengan tim.
  • Pekerja keras, jujur, teliti, dan mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan.

  • Mengidentifikasi dan mengembangkan peluang bisnis baru di sektor Telekomunikasi B2B, corporate, enterprise, dan digital solutions.
  • Menyusun proposal bisnis, penawaran harga, serta melakukan negosiasi dengan calon klien.
  • Membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan klien dan mitra bisnis strategis.
  • Melakukan analisis kebutuhan klien dan memberikan rekomendasi solusi yang sesuai.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim teknis, produk, dan operasional untuk memastikan kelancaran implementasi layanan.
  • Mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data pasar, tren industri, serta aktivitas kompetitor.
  • Mencapai target penjualan (revenue, pipeline growth, & new client acquisition) sesuai KPI.
  • Menyusun laporan berkala terkait aktivitas penjualan, pipeline, dan perkembangan bisnis.
