Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining project documentation, including issue logs, risk registers, and meeting minutes.
Ensuring all project-related documents are neatly stored, organized, and accessible to the team.
Managing the archiving of project files, such as shop drawings and contracts.
Assisting the project manager in managing projects from start to finish.
Monitoring project schedules and ensuring all stages are completed on time.
Supporting the compilation and oversight of project budgets and expenditures.
Maintaining effective communication with project team members and stakeholders.
Coordinating and scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing notes.
Preparing project reports and updating project management on progress.
Ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of reports.
Handling clerical tasks such as managing invoices, payments, and other financial documents.
Assisting with site surveys and client relations when needed.
Requirements:
Organizational Skills: To keep project information and tasks well-ordered.
Communication Skills: To effectively coordinate with team members and other parties.
Attention to Detail: Crucial for managing accurate documentation, reports, and budgets.
Technical Proficiency: For managing project management software and other administrative tools.
