Gambaran pekerjaan

Kamu akan handle penjualan B2B untuk segmen: Logistik, FMCG, Kontraktor, Konsultan.

Tipe penjualan: project sales dari awal sampai closing.

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Membangun & mengelola pipeline (prospecting → meeting → penawaran → negosiasi → closing)
  • Visit klien & site untuk menggali kebutuhan dan scope proyek
  • Koordinasi internal untuk survey teknis, spesifikasi, quotation, dan proposal
  • Follow-up yang konsisten sampai deal closing & proyek berjalan
  • Menjaga relasi klien (repeat order & referral) dan komunikasi yang rapi

Kualifikasi Wajib:

  • Pengalaman 3–5 tahun sebagai Sales Engineer / Project Sales di industri serupa:

    (industrial door, loading dock, warehouse equipment, material handling, MEP/kontraktor terkait)
  • Terbiasa bertemu & komunikasi dengan stakeholder B2B: owner/GM/warehouse/engineering/procurement/kontraktor
  • Kuat di negosiasi, closing, dan disiplin follow-up
  • Bersedia mobile (kunjungan klien & site), kerja lapangan, dan target oriented

Nilai Plus (jika ada):

  • Punya network di logistik/warehouse/FMCG/kontraktor/konsultan
  • Paham proses tender/quotation/proposal proyek
  • Bisa membaca kebutuhan teknis dan menerjemahkan jadi solus
