Bertanggungjawab untuk mengembangkan kompetensi dan kualitas layanan Customer Servicemelalui kegiatan pelatihan, koordinasi data performa outlet, serta pengelolaanprogram pengembangan frontliner agar pengalaman pelanggan di seluruh jaringanAstra Daihatsu tetap unggul dan konsisten.
- Memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan kepada frontliner di Cabang Astra Daihatsu
- Menjadi PIC untuk program On the Job Training Customer Relation Officer (CRO).
- Mengelola data performa Customer Service Cabang Monitoring dan memastikan frontliner bekerja sesuai dengan SOP
- Mengelola Customer Service Bank Data sebagai pusat informasi dan evaluasi performa layanan.
Pendidikan:
- Sarjana (S1) Ilmu Komunikasi atau jurusan lain yang relevan.
Pengetahuan & Keahlian:
- Memiliki pemahaman yang kuat mengenai operasional dan standar layanan pelanggan (customer service).
- Memahami indikator SSI dan CSI Telesurvey, serta mampu menjaga hasil penilaian di atas standar nasional.
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik, teliti, dan berkomitmen terhadap keunggulan layanan.
- Memiliki inisiatif tinggi serta kemampuan bekerja sama secara kolaboratif.
