Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Supervisor for a full-time, on-site. The Accounting Manager will oversee financial reporting, supervise the preparation of financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Daily responsibilities include managing accounting software, analyzing financial data, and providing detailed financial reports to guide decision-making. This role also involves supervising a team of accounting professionals to maintain accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.

Qualifications

  • Candidates who are
    currently employed and proficient in Mandarin are preferred
  • Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting processes
  • Strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Finance
  • Hands-on experience with Accounting Software (Accurate, etc)
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational and team leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site collaborative environment
  • Experience in a managerial role for 5 years.
