Role Description

This role is responsible for real-time fraud monitoring, conducting investigations on suspicious activities, managing fraud prevention measures, overseeing chargeback processes, and ensuring secure transaction authorization.

You will collaborate closely with various teams to identify and mitigate potential risks, protecting both the company and our clients from fraudulent activities.

Key Responsibilities:


• Review and analyze transactions flagged as suspicious on CASA (Wholesale Banking & Personal Banking) through internal systems (BI-FAST, SPLUNK, IASC, etc.) in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA).


• Investigate potentially fraudulent credit card transactions detected via Visa, Mastercard, or internal systems (CMS, Email, etc.).


• Maintain and update investigation documentation and databases for audit trail purposes.


• Work on a 24/7 operational shift schedule with flexibility in working hours as needed.


• Collaborate effectively within the team, demonstrating adaptability and a continuous learning mindset.


• Support Line Manager/Supervisor in assigned projects or delegated tasks, including resource substitution when necessary.

Qualifications:


• Strong skills in Fraud Prevention, Fraud Investigation, and Chargeback Management.


• Excellent analytical abilities to assess fraud risks and identify behavioral or transactional patterns.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to report findings clearly and effectively.


• Proficiency in monitoring systems and analytical tools used for fraud detection and transaction review.


• Previous experience in banking, payment systems, or financial services is a plus.


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.


• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
