Role
This position provides administrative supports to the Human Resources team. Responsible for several Human Resources and General Affairs administration and also provides supports on employee events.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide supports on Human Resource and general affairs administrations including payment processes (stationeries request, name card, and other employee supporting tools).
  • Conduct annual and new vendor due diligence to ensure compliance and service quality and monitor vendor contract periods to ensure timely renewals and continuity of services.
  • Maintain and update personnel records, both hardcopies and also in the HR System, so that information is accurate and secure..
  • Liaise with company's third parties or vendors, i.e. BPJS, GA suppliers, Health providers, Pension providers, and outsourcing companies to ensure the right administration and process.
  • Responsible to prepare and submit regular report to regulator (OJK, Depnaker and other applicable authorities)
  • Provide supports on formalities and other company's legal documents.
  • Provide supports on employee events arrangements.
