The role

As a IT-Senior Account Manager at DINAMIKA, you will play a vital role in driving the company's growth and success by managing key customer relationships and securing new business opportunities. This full-time position is based in Jakarta and offers the chance to work for a leading provider of integrated IT Security solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by proactively engaging with potential clients and effectively communicating the company's value proposition
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored IT solutions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to win new business
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure seamless delivery of IT products and services
  • Contribute to the development of the company's sales strategy and help shape the go-to-market approach
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of the IT industry and the competitive landscape
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record of closing complex deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and articulate the business impact of IT solutions
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling, solution-based selling, and account management
  • Degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business, or Engineering
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
