About the Role

We are looking for a creative and highly organized Marketing & Event Specialist to support our growth in the TCG industry. This role will focus on planning, executing, and optimizing marketing activities—especially community events, product launches, tournaments, and brand activations. You will work closely with internal teams, partners, retailers, and the TCG community to build brand awareness and drive player engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Event Management

  • Plan, manage, and execute TCG-related events such as tournaments, community gatherings, product launch events, and promotional roadshows.
  • Coordinate with venues, vendors, retailers, KOLs, and event partners.
  • Create event schedules, manage registrations, and handle logistical requirements.
  • Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports and analysis.

Marketing & Branding

  • Develop marketing strategies to promote upcoming releases, events, and campaigns.
  • Manage social media content, announcements, and promotional assets.
  • Create marketing materials (posters, banners, product sheets, digital content) with internal or external designers.
  • Work with influencers, community leaders, and brand ambassadors to amplify event and product visibility.

Community Engagement

  • Engage actively with TCG communities—both online and offline.
  • Gather feedback from players, store owners, and community partners to support product positioning.
  • Support the creation of community-driven activities to increase brand loyalty and player retention.

Partnership Development

  • Build and maintain relationships with card stores, esports/TCG organizers, and distribution partners.
  • Identify collaboration opportunities to expand event reach and marketing impact.

Data & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics for events, campaigns, and community initiatives.
  • Analyze data to improve future marketing and event strategies.
  • Prepare regular updates for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, event organization, or related roles (startup or gaming/TCG experience is a plus).
  • Passionate about trading card games, gaming communities, or pop culture.
  • Strong project management and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with flexibility and creativity.
  • Willing to travel and attend weekend events when required.
