Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Assistant, based in Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan. The Nursing Assistant will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of registered medical staff. Daily tasks include assisting with personal hygiene, monitoring vital signs, providing mobility assistance, and ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients. The role also involves effective communication with patients and their families, as well as maintaining accurate medical records and adhering to healthcare protocols.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on patient care skills including personal hygiene assistance, vital sign monitoring, and mobility support
  • Knowledge of basic healthcare protocols and ethical practices
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with medical staff and engage with patients
  • Organizational skills, including maintaining accurate records and adhering to workflows
  • Empathy, compassion, and the ability to remain calm under stress
  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant and previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; familiarity with additional languages is a plus
