Job Description:

  • Design and update curriculum and lesson plans in line with national/international standards and school partner needs.
  • Review and provide feedback on lesson plans created by Odysee's teachers to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Support teacher development by providing training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Act as a substitute teacher when required, across Kindergarten to Senior High School levels.
  • Liaise between partner schools and Odysee's teachers to ensure smooth communication and alignment in academic delivery.
  • Coordinate the development and review of academic programs and curricula in collaboration with school members and department heads.
  • Ensure that curricula are aligned with industry standards, accreditation requirements, and Odysee's goals.
  • Oversee the implementation and evaluation of academic programs, including monitoring program outcomes and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate scheduling, registration, and other logistical aspects of academic programs.
  • Provide support and guidance to faculty members on curriculum development, instructional design, and teaching methodologies.
  • Facilitate professional development opportunities for faculty members to enhance their teaching and curriculum design skills.
  • Ensure that academic programs comply with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate accreditation self-studies, reports, and school visits.
  • Analyze data on academic program outcomes, student performance, and other relevant metrics.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on academic program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in curriculum design, instructional design, and teaching methodologies, organizational, and project management skills.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  3. Excellent communication in English (spoken and written); Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  4. Prior teaching experience across Kindergarten to Senior High School levels, with strong classroom management skills.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with school members, department heads, and other stakeholders
  6. Must have or be eligible for legal working status in Indonesia.
