Job descriptions:

  • Design and develop a high-quality, engaging, and age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of young children, from baby to kids.
  • Ensure the curriculum is implemented consistently across all locations and followed as planned (quality control)
  • Train coaches on the curriculum and lesson plans to ensure effective delivery.
  • Gather feedback from coaches and parents to assess the effectiveness of our dance curriculum.
  • Coordinate with the operational team for procurement needs
  • Continuously improve the curriculum based on data, feedback, and best practices.
  • Work closely with the curriculum manager, coaches, and operational team to ensure alignment with overall goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Education, Physical Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience in teaching babies and young children.
  • Experience in designing and developing curricula, particularly for early childhood programs, is a plus.
  • Background, training, or experience in early childhood education is an advantage.
  • Open to new experiences and interested in coaching and teacher development.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new educational trends and methodologies.
