  • Design and develop a high-quality, engaging, and age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of children until adolescent, from 5 years old up to 18 years old
  • Align the Tennis / Basketball/ Futsal curriculum with educational goals, developmental milestones, and the organization's learning philosophy.
  • Ensure the curriculum is implemented consistently across all locations and followed as planned.
  • Train coaches on the curriculum and lesson plans to ensure effective delivery.
  • Gather feedback from coaches and parents to assess the effectiveness of the curriculum.
  • Continuously improve the curriculum based on data, feedback, and best practices.
  • Work closely with the curriculum manager, coaches, and operational team to ensure alignment with overall goals.
  • Coach Classes and not afraid to get hands dirty to ensure excellent delivery of curriculum plan
