**Location: Ruko Mall of Indonesia Blok B/18 (Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara)**

**Job Description: English Teacher (Cambridge Curriculum & IELTS/TOEFL Preparation)**

You will play a vital role in developing students’ academic English skills, preparing them for both school assessments and global standardized tests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate and develop personalized curriculum plans based on students' interests, strengths, and learning goals. Yet still following the curriculum guidelines
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to students and parents, including regular progress assessments, feedback sessions, and academic coaching.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes critical thinking, creativity, and lifelong learning.
- Stay informed of the latest updates in Cambridge syllabus changes and IELTS/TOEFL test formats

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in English Education, Literature, Linguistics, or related field.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in Cambridge or international test preparation
- Good Knowledge of various educational philosophies, curriculum frameworks, and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and families.
- Flexible, adaptable, and creative approach to teaching, with a passion for individualized instruction.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
