Responsibilities

  • Supplier Qualification & Monitoring: According to the process and leader's work management, conduct supplier admission and annual audit.
  • Performance Improvement: Complete PPAP monitoring, improve PPM that does not meet the standard, improve and close CD-level supplier assessment and evaluation.
  • Claims Management: Assist the factory in handling supplier claims and ensure the compliance of supplier admission and performance.
  • Review & Follow-up: Organize and arrange supplier access review, issue review reports, and follow up on the improvement and closure of non-conformities, ensuring that the supplier's qualification meets the requirements.
  • Auditing: Assist in formulating annual audit plans for suppliers, organize and arrange audits, and ensure that the qualifications and capabilities of suppliers continue to meet requirements.
  • Assessment & Improvement: Conduct supplier assessment and evaluation, follow up and improvement of CD-level suppliers, and handle and follow up on the closure of major anomalies.
  • Compliance: Monitor and audit PPAP approval processes.
  • Selection: Confirmation and selection of suppliers of productive materials.

Requirements:

  3. Education: Bachelor's Degree.
  4. Major: Mechatronics, Vehicle Engineering, or Electronic Information Engineering.
  5. Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience (suitable for junior engineers).
  6. Language (English): Intermediate proficiency is required.
  7. Language (Chinese): Not required.
