Job Description:

  • Translate business and clinical strategies into measurable operational plans with clear KPIs, while leading cross-functional improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop and implement operational systems through SOPs and regulatory compliance to align with the latest healthcare standards and optimize client onboarding and engagement.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams using data-driven performance metrics to ensure service excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present operational performance reports, providing strategic insights based on data analysis to drive decision-making and process optimization.
  • Manage strategic partnerships with healthcare providers and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, uphold service quality standards, and resolve escalations impacting operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, min. GPA 3.25, with at least 3 years of experience in operations.
  • Familiarity with healthcare / health-tech sector with experience working in fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate insights and recommendations clearly in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Flexible for on-site assignments, including to remote areas if required
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to manage cross-division and external collaborations.
  • Strong analytical skills with excel proficiency for forecasting and reporting.
  • Exceptional operational expertise, with the experience in process optimization, pipeline management, and pipeline monitoring.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with strong problem-solving skill.
  • Collaborative mindset with the focus on supporting the teams and driving collective success.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Having the capability to drive a vehicle and hold a valid Class A driver's license (SIM A).
