About the role

As a Business Development Sr. Engineer at PT Bumi Resources Tbk', you will play a crucial role in driving the company's expansion and growth initiatives. By collaborating within a solid and enthusiastic team, this full-time position will see you contributing to the strategic development of new business opportunities for the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the mining and mineral sector.
  • Conduct technical, operational, and basic economic assessments for potential projects.
  • Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and presentations for management.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to support project development activities.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including site teams and partners.
  • Support project execution, negotiations, and due diligence processes.

  • Perform domestic and overseas site visits as required.

  • What we're looking for

¨      Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; knowledge of the mining business is preferred.

¨      More than 3 years of experience in technical or operational roles; exposure to commercial functions is an advantage.

¨      Strong numerical analysis and logical reasoning skills, with proven business application.

¨      Ability to structure and synthesize complex problems into clear insights and recommendations.

¨     Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and proactively drive team members toward results.

¨      High level of fluency in English, both written and verbal.

¨      Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end projects is preferred.

¨      Ability and willingness to travel extensively for site assignments (domestic and overseas)
