Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:
● Support the Key Account (KA) team in managing end-to-end export operations for fresh food, snacks, and related categories to the Indonesian market. Oversee the entire process from order handling and reconciliation to delivery follow-up, ensuring on-time shipment and customer satisfaction.
● Monitor, extract, and analyze daily business data (e.g., sales, inventory, logistics costs). Prepare regular data reports, identify anomalies and business opportunities, and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
● Participate in optimizing business processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assist in improving key mechanisms such as performance incentives and export compliance to enhance operational efficiency and standardization.
● Collaborate effectively with Finance, Legal, and other departments to facilitate contract management, meeting follow-ups, and other cross-functional support tasks, ensuring smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of operations experience in trading, retail, or FMCG. Experience in fresh food/FMCG import-export or Southeast Asia/Indonesia markets is preferred.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) with strong data processing and analytical skills. Fluent in English as a working language; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
● Highly detail-oriented and logical, with a proactive and responsible work ethic; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Adaptable, open-minded, and willing to relocate to Indonesia. A strong passion for international business is essential.
