Key Responsibilities:


• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.


• Collaborate with stakeholders including product owners, architects, engineering teams, and business leaders.


• Define delivery plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.


• Monitor project progress using Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.


• Ensure technical solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture.


• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations where applicable.


• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance.


• Provide regular status updates and executive reporting.

Required Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.


• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management in insurance industry.


• Proven track record of delivering complex software projects


• Strong understanding project management process


• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.

• Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent.


• Experience in managing projects involving various teams


• Familiar with modern software engineering practices.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
