We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control professional in our Surabaya office to ensure product quality, maintain accurate testing records, and ensure compliance with company and industry standards in the crypto space. Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute manual and automated test cases for Web, Mobile, and API platforms
  • Develop, document, and maintain test cases and validation reports
  • Perform functional, regression, and stress testing, and analyze the results
  • Clearly document bugs and test outcomes in a structured and organized manner
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure product quality before release
  • Apply knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language in test development
  • Demonstrate a proactive, self-motivated attitude with strong ownership
  • Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, within cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, especially in automation testing
  • Familiar with programming languages like Java or similar, and experienced in testing Mobile Web, Android, iOS, and APIs
  • Good understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and release processes
  • Proficient in tools like Postman, JIRA, MySQL, IntelliJ IDEA, and Swagger
  • Experience in fintech or blockchain projects is a plus
  • Knowledge of performance/stress testing (e.g., JMeter, k6)
  • Strong attention to detail, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team
